Meet Curve, the smart GPS tracker that keeps you in touch with your favourite things. Did you know you can get your hands on this affordable and portable GPS tracker for just £20 upfront? That’s not all; there’s so much more than just GPS tracking that you can do with Curve. From tracking a pet to making sure you know where your bag or keys are using Vodafone’s global network, it’s jam-packed with more useful features that help to keep you connected to what matters most. Here’s what we think you’ll love.
Comes with a keyring that you can attach to anything
Weighing in at 30g, Curve is easy to attach to just about anything, including your keys, bag or even your dog with the keyring attachment. Plus you don’t need to worry about your Curve getting wet as it’s water resistant up to 1 metre deep for up to 30 minutes.
Real time GPS tracking on the Vodafone Network via the app
Curve uses GPS, Cellular, Wifi and Bluetooth to keep you in touch with what you love. Location history and live tracking help you stay connected even while you’re away. Curve will share not only a map view but also reveal an address and time stamp. And when Curve doesn’t encounter a GPS signal, Wifi and Cellular come to the rescue to help pinpoint its location.
Personalised alerts to let you know when Curve leaves or enters Zones you create
You can personalise your Curve experience by setting up Zones, or virtual boundaries made around locations of your choice. If Curve leaves or enters this area, you will be notified through the Vodafone Smart App. You can further personalise your Curve by choosing a photo and name for your Curve in the app so that you don’t mix up your handbag with the dog.
Quick Alert button that allows friends and family to send location updates to your phone
Curve’s Quick Alert button is a way for the tracker and app to communicate with each other. When you press the button on the tracker for 3 seconds, it sends a location update to the Vodafone Smart App. Quick Alerts are automatically enabled to keep you connected with the things you love and you can tailor your notification settings within the app to suit your needs.
Battery lasts up to 7 days with unique Tracking Modes
Use these Tracking Modes to suit your battery life or GPS location frequency needs, whether you’re going out for a hike with the dog in a new area or keeping an eye on your bag while travelling. To ensure you can avoid a dead battery, Curve also uses notifications to let you know when it needs to be charged with the included cable. Charging from 0-100% only takes about 80 minutes and the device will notify you once fully charged so you don’t have to constantly check it. Further, Curve will let you know when the battery is running low at different stages, this means you’ll be notified when Curve reaches 20%, 10% and 5% battery remaining.
Power Saving Mode:
This mode allows the location to be updated every 2 hours and means your Curve battery will last up to 7 days, perfect for checking in here and there on objects that aren’t moving around frequently.
This mode allows the location to be updated every 30 minutes and means your Curve battery will last up to 5 days, perfect for getting regular updates about your item’s whereabouts without having to charge your device all the time.
This mode allows the location to be updated every 5 minutes and means your Curve battery will last up to 3 days, perfect for when you’re walking the dog off-lead or for keeping an eye on something valuable.
